Where We Ship

At launch, NROMO Beauty ships within the United States only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

Standard orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, depending on the option selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking information so you can follow your package from our facility to your door.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping is free on The Essential Lip Ritual bundle (LipOcean™ + Dual-Sided Lip Care Tool). Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the destination address or cancel the order. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nromobeauty.com. We will work with USPS or UPS, depending on your selected shipping method, to investigate the issue and find the best possible resolution.
